All orders placed will be provided with an invoice as proof of receipt, of which it is the client’s responsibility to retain.
All major credit cards are accepted- Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo (except Amex) and Maestro credit/ debit cards and PayPal- though do note that all PayPal payments will incur a 3% additional charge so that we can cover processing fees. to make payment with us directly. Any and all over-the-phone payments will receive physical or e-copies of the receipt produced after payment. We adhere to a strict no-share policy on information that involves bank details and all information you send us will remain confidential.
We also accept cheque and (online) direct bank transfer- please contact us via the above means to organise a secure bank transfer for payment. All cheques must be made payable to Yukari Sweeney Design. Please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque. Cheques will require 7 working days for clearance before the goods are dispatched, so please bear that in mind if you require the goods immediately!
We aim to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products in the website and in store are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please note that dimensions are approximate and although every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately, some are hand printed and handmade, meaning that colour and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured. All designs are copyright Yukari Sweeney Design 2014 and permission must be sought in the case of reproduction on any other medium than one personally endorsed by the owner of the business, Yukari Sweeney.
Stock and Availability
We make our products in the UK in small batches so we cannot guarantee to permanently carry all the items in stock. If an item is out of stock for any reason and is not notified as such on the web- site at your time of order, we will quickly advise you of an anticipated delivery date and will endeavor to deliver as soon as possible, though this may take up to one working week. We aim to have permanent availability with our papers and fabrics, although we cannot guarantee this. Be- spoke wallpapers are made to order and as such may incur a lead-time of up to four working weeks before delivery. Our products are often made to order and can take up to five working weeks to complete, owing to them being manufactured by British companies who may be busy during the holiday seasons.
