Once an order has been placed, the client is held responsible to accept the items and provide payment in full. Any delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible to us at +447734728153 or email within 72 hours of receiving the goods. We cannot accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer. Items will be re-funded or exchanged providing the item has not been opened or tampered with: it should still retain all of its original packaging, and you should take care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We cannot refund any extra orders or mistakenly bought goods, so please check carefully before placing your order.

In the event of the goods being faulty, we will refund the item(s) as long as they are returned to us in the conditions stated above. Keep the item within its packaging and inform us of the problem within 7 days of receiving the goods otherwise we cannot be held responsible for damage that has occurred. Please send the parcel via a signed for service, keep a copy of the receipt for your records. We are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. For an exchange, if the product has not been returned to us in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Our range of home accessories are all hand made and assembled within the UK, so in rare cases there may be discrepancies or misprints. If this does occur, please do NOT open the packaging and report the problem to us as soon as possible- If possible, photograph any damages or anomalies and send them to, where we will check and organise for a replacement.

Double check any and all sealed wallpaper rolls for correct batch number and colour way before opening and consult a professional decorator before ordering or if you have any doubts about room dimensions if you are unsure. Please note that, once used, we cannot accept liability for any error in quantity or batch in the wallpaper(s) you have ordered.
