  • Please do not hesitate to contact us before your order if you have any questions about your purchase- we don’t bite! We would rather take the time to help you out first, rather than try and solve the issue after it has occurred! We’re available for help or advice, no matter how small your concerns.

    In the event of your order not reaching you after 2 weeks please contact us via the form provided, quoting your order number.

  • Orders that need to be cancelled must be reported to us within 24 hours- we cannot accept cancellations that occur once we have dispatched the item or, in the case of our Bespoke wallpapers, processed the order.

  • Once an order has been placed, the client is held responsible to accept the items and provide payment in full.

    Please note that if a wallpaper roll’s wrapped packaging has been removed, we can no longer accept returns for any error in quantity in the wallpaper(s) you have ordered. Returns of surplus wallpaper can only be accepted if rolls are returned to us unopened and in saleable condition.

    Double check any and all sealed wallpaper rolls for matching batch numbers and correct colourway before opening. If in doubt about quantity required, please get in touch with us for assistance or consult a professional decorator.

    In the event of an authorised return, send the parcel via a secure (preferably couriered) service and keep a copy of proof of postage for your records. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to organise for return shipping, and if packages are mislabelled or adequate measures are not taken to protect the wallpaper during transit, your return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

  • Upon delivery concerns about damaged and/or defective goods must be notified as soon as possible to us via the provided form, preferably within 72 hours of receiving the goods, so we can address the issue with our shipping company.

    Please quote your order number in the form and try to take pictures of any packaging that has been damaged for future reference.

    We cannot accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer. Items are only applicable to be considered for refund or exchanged providing the item has not been opened or tampered with: it should still retain all of its original packaging.

  • Our products are packaged and shipped by a member of staff from within our studio, and a rigorous internal quality control checklist is maintained before dispatch. If you have any issues with your products upon use, contact us ASAP and we will do what we can to resolve your issues.

    A number of our products (excluding wallpapers) are hand printed and finished. Small colour discrepancies may occur from the photos provided on the website. It is your responsibility to follow care instructions provided within the product or on the product’s page- we cannot be held responsible if you do not correctly follow advised care instructions.
