LEAD TIMES

A ‘lead time’ is the time it takes from your order being placed to the time of it being ready for dispatch. Our Bespoke range is print-to-order, which means it isn’t kept in physical stock within our studio, and so incurs a lead time of 2-3 weeks from date of order.

We typically prepare orders for dispatch/ process print-to-order wallpapers within 1-2 working days of order placement. We are a very small team, with a range of products that are often hand printed, finished and assembled, so if your desired item is not currently available, please do be patient with us. We will notify you once your required product is back in stock.

We aim to ensure that all details, dimensions and descriptions of products on this pricelist are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please note that although every care has been taken to ensure that our products are reprinted accurately, our wallpapers are printed either to order OR in small batches and some small discrepancies in colour may occur as a result. All wallpapers sold come with batch numbers noted and we advise filing the enclosed information should you need to order more of the same batch.

We print our wallpaper in the UK in small batches so we cannot guarantee to permanently carry all the items in stock. If an item is out of stock for any reason, we will quickly advise you of an anticipated delivery date and will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible, though this may take up to 5 working weeks from date of order at peak times.
